Terms & Conditions

The following terms, as used throughout this Agreement, shall have the meanings set forth below:

By accessing the Platform in any form — including by merely browsing its pages without registering — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules that may apply to particular products available on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Use of the gwin4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times while you hold an active Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform. The minimum age of 21 applies regardless of any lower legal threshold that may exist in other jurisdictions. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2. Residency: The Platform is primarily designed to serve players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of accessing offshore online betting services in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal incapacity, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-excl usion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools or by any external regulatory body.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of gwin4d's betting and gaming products, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any secondary authentication codes.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gwin4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• gwin4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• You must notify gwin4d customer support immediately — via email at [email protected] — if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization.
• Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any balance therein to another person under any circumstances.

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gwin4d does not charge account maintenance fees. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative review, and we will contact you via your registered email address before taking any action.

gwin4d is required to conduct identity verification checks on all registered Users as a condition of our operating license and our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving license);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding 90 days (for example, a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga, or a utility bill);
• Proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account dashboard confirming the registered name and account number);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, taken on request.

All submitted documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with gwin4d's Privacy Policy. KYC documents are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations. We aim to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set.

gwin4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; you will be informed of the applicable limit during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5 to 30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the sending institution.

gwin4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. You must only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review.

gwin4d is committed to processing withdrawal requests from verified Accounts within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. This processing time begins upon approval of the withdrawal request; actual receipt of funds may vary slightly depending on the receiving bank's or e-wallet's processing schedules.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. gwin4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum on a single withdrawal for fully verified Accounts, though very large amounts may be subject to a standard security review.
• Any Bonus Funds in your Account must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the corresponding amount can be included in a withdrawal request.
• gwin4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request, particularly those involving large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. Such requests do not imply suspicion of wrongdoing; they are a standard part of our fraud prevention process.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the User at any time prior to processing, provided the funds have not yet left the gwin4d payment system.

gwin4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any fees levied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

gwin4d offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified Account.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each User is entitled to claim each distinct promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of additional Accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion is explicitly designated as a "no-wagering" offer, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. A typical Wagering Requirement is between 15x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The contribution breakdown (for example: slots 100%, live casino 10%, togel (numbers lottery) 5%) will be specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering on excluded games does not count towards the requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity window will expire and be automatically removed from your Account balance. Typically, bonus validity periods range from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
• Withdrawal Order: Real-money balance is used and withdrawn before Bonus Funds. When your real-money balance reaches zero, Bonus Funds are used for wagers.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: gwin4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated after a User has already claimed it but before they have completed the Wagering Requirement, their accrued progress will be honored unless there is evidence of abuse.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products offered on the gwin4d Platform. Product-specific rules — including those for sports betting (bandar bola, football bookmaker markets), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slots — are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. gwin4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by product, market, and account tier.
• Voids and Cancellations: gwin4d reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including (but not limited to): manifest pricing errors, events abandoned without a result, verified match-fixing, or technical malfunctions that affect game integrity.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event, as published by the recognized governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, the Indonesian Football Association for BRI Liga 1). Live casino and RNG game results are final once confirmed by the game server.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a bet settlement must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets: all individual selections must win for the parlay to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay odds are recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. For voor bola (handicap) markets, the handicap line and its effect on settlement are clearly stated on the bet slip at the time of placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gwin4d Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players — including at live casino tables — to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any User who discovers such an issue must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it. Exploitation will be treated as fraud;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies — placing wagers designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting price discrepancies — at a scale that constitutes systematic exploitation of the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support agents or other users of the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you have reason to know of that prohibition.

gwin4d is genuinely committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users. We provide a suite of tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity, and we encourage every User to use them proactively — not only when gambling becomes problematic.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. You will receive an in-session alert when your chosen time limit is approaching.
• Reality Check Reminders: Schedule periodic pop-up reminders during gameplay that display your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or request a permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the gwin4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, written content, software code, game interfaces supplied by licensed third-party studios, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the gwin4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization from the Operator;
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Platform into another website or digital property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gwin4d's total aggregate liability to any User — arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User into their Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, gwin4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment systems or internet infrastructure;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, provided that gwin4d takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors;
• Losses sustained as a result of the User's failure to keep their Account credentials secure;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, however caused;
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law that affect the legality of accessing the Platform from a particular jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gwin4d's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

gwin4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where the changes are significant, we will notify registered Users via email to their registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of Account closure will be processed in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any conflict between local Indonesian law and the governing law of the Operator's jurisdiction, the Operator's jurisdiction shall take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact gwin4d customer support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to the same address, marked clearly as "Formal Complaint". Senior management will review and respond within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified by the Operator's licensing authority.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Operator's governing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
